I started Arch Global because this platform should already exist. I have spent my career at exactly the intersection of Japanese and global business — at Goldman Sachs in New York and Tokyo, as COO of a global Japanese company expanding in Asia, and now running a Japan-US advisory practice in New York.
In every chapter, I encountered the same gap: brilliant Japanese professionals building world-class careers abroad, invisible to the companies that needed them most — and Japanese companies unable to reach the very talent that would transform them.
Neither side had a channel.
So Arch Global was born.

How do I stay anonymous?
You will be able to view and edit how your profile looks like to prospective employers. The default setting will have your name anonymized and your education and company names will be descriptive rather than actual names. (For example, if you graduated from Columbia and worked at JPMorgan, you would be shown as “Ivy League grad, Top 3 Global Investment Bank.”)
Is this free for me?
